a claim against
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land, situate in the Borough
of West Fairview, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west side of Railroad Street, now
I called Fourth Streetr one hundred twenty (120) feet south of
the southern side of Cherry Street; thence southwardly along
the west side of Fourth Street thirty (30) feet to the line of
Lot No. 52 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
westwardly along the line of Lot No, 52 one hundred thirty-
five (135) feet to the eastern line of Slate Alley; thence
northwardly along the eastern line of Slate Alley thirty (30)
feet to the line of Lot No. 50; thence eastwardly along the
line of Lot No. 50 one hundred thirty-five (135) feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 51 in the Extended Plan of Lots of James
Mccormick, deceased, said Plan being recorded in the Office of
the recorder of Deeds of cumberland County in Plan Book 1,
Page 4.
for Sewer charges and Garbage assessment, duly rated and
assessed upon said property, and registered for nonpayment
according to law, together with the interest, penalties and
other charges lawfully due thereon as follows, to wit:

Altogether being the sum of nine hundred sixty-three
gollars and ninety-four cents ($963.94) with interest from the
date of filing, which is claimed as a lien against said
premises; said Sewer and Garbage charges were authorized and
directed to be levied by the following Ordinances of the
Borough of West Fairview: Ordinance 102 enacted on August 17r
1964, as amended by ordinance 182 enacted May 9, 1977,
Ordinance 196, enacted December 1, 19S0, Ordinance 212,
enacted December 27, 1984, Ordinance 213, enacted December 27,
1984 and Ordinance 244, enacted March 8, 1989; and said
Garbage assessment was authorized and directed to be levied by
the following Ordinances of the Borough of West Fairview:
Ordinance 137 enacted January 27, 1970, as amended by
Ordinance 253 enacted December 30, 1991, agreeably to the
several acts of assembly relating thereto.
