STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

NATHANIEL J. PATTERSON, Owners, party of the first, part; and
RUSSELL C. GOODLING, Contractor. party of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the above parties entered into a contract whereby the party of the second
part is to provide certain materials and perfonn certain work necessary for the purchase of a
residence upon ground more particularly bounded and described on Schedule A which is attached
hereto and made a part hereo f.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties,
as part of the said contract, and in consideration of the above recitals and in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by the said party of the lirst part to the said party of the second part,
that neither the undersigned contractor. or any subcontractor or materialmen. nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract, nor any other
person whatsoever, shalllile a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or
materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto, intending to be legally bound
hereby, have hereunto set their hands and seals the day anI! year lirst above written.
