LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CBRTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Upper
Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known and
numbered as Lot #112, Phase III, Bowman's Hill as described in
accordance with the Final Subdivision Plan of Bowman's Hill Phase
III, dated June 16, 1994 and recorded in Cumberland County Plan
Book 70, Page 39 as described as follows, to wit;
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Round
Ridge Road, a 50' right-of-way, at the southeastern corner of Lot
#113 on the aforementioned plan; thence along said western right
of way line of Round Ridge Road, South 23 degrees 0 minutes 0
seconds East, a distance of 80' to a point at the northeastern
corner of Lot #111 on the aforementioned plan; thence along said
Lot #111 and crossing through a 15' drainage easement and a 20'
vegetation easement, South 67 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds West, a
distance of 125' to a point at lands now or formerly of Betty L,
Bachman and Michael R, Bachman; thence along said lands now or
formerly of Bachman, North 23 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds West, a
distance of 80' to a point at the southwestern corner of Lot #113
on the aforementioned plan; thence along said Lot #113 and
crossing said easements North 67 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds
East, a distance of 125' to the point and place of Beginning.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Bowman's Hill Associates, a
Pennsylvania General Partnership, by deed dated October 13, 1997,
and recorded October 17, 1997, in the Recorder of Deeds Office
in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 166, Page
211, granted and conveyed unto Mark ^. Stefanowicz and Eileen S.
Stefanowicz.
