COMPLAINT
AND NOW COMES Lawrence C, Little, Plaintiff, by his attorney, Henry F. Coync,
Esquire, and filcs the following Complaint:
1, Plaintiff is Lawrence C. Little whose current address is 19 Longview Drivc,
Silver Spring Township (Mechanicsburg), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2, The Dcfendants are Thomas S. Nitzanis, Georgc S. Nitzanis and Angela
Melonopoulos, T/A Lower Allen Shopping Center whosc address is 2210 Old Gettysburg Road,
Lower Allen Township (Camp Hill), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3, On or about December 27. 1989, Plaintiff entered into a lease with Dennis
Theodoropouilose, fonner owner of the Lower Allen Shopping Center, for the premises known
and numbered as 937 Kraizel Drive, Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4, As a part of the said Lease, Plaintiff issued a check, datcd Decembcr 29, 1989,
payable to the order of the Lower Allen Shopping Center in the amount of Threc Hundred Fifty
Dollars (5350.00), (Sec Exhibit "A" which is attached hercto and incorporated herein.)

5, Subsequently the Lower Allen Shopping Center was conveyed unto Defendanla
as reflected in Deed Book 158, Page 79 which is incorporated herein.
6, The subsequent conveyances from Dennis Theodoropouilose and ultimately unto
Defendanla is alleged to have an assignment of leases which includes Plaintiff's lease and
security deposit in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00).
7. On July 29, 1997, Plaintiff vacated the premises known and numbered as 937
Kraizel Drive, Lower Allen Township (Camp Hill), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which he
leased from Defendants.
8. On numerous dates subsequent to Plaintiff vacating the said premises, Plaintiff
made demand for payment of his security deposit in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars
($350,00) plus interest from December 29, 1997 which the Defendants refused to pay.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against
Defendants in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00), plus interest from
December 29, 1989 and docket costs.
