Boles, shall have shared legal custody of Sierra Boles, born January 24, 1994. 2. The parties shall share physical custody of the Child in accordance with the following schedule: A. 'Itle Father shall have custody of the Child every week from Sunday at 11:00 a.m. through the following Monday at 11:00 a.m., and from Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. through Thursday at 11:00 a.m. B. 'Itle Father shall have custody of the Child on the first weekend of each month from Saturday at 11:00 a.m. through Monday at 11:00 a.m. C. 'Itle Mother shall have custody of the Child on the second weekend of each month from Friday through Monday. D. 'Itle Mother shall have custody of the Child at all times not otherwise specified for Father under this Order. 3. Each party shall be entitled to have custody of the Child for two uninterrupted weeks (nonconsecutive) each year upon providing at least thirty (30) days advance notice to the other party. Periods of custody under this provision shall not be schedu1e6 to interfere with the other party's monthly weekend time. 4. The parties shall alternate having custody of the Child on holidays as follows: A. Christmas: The Christmas holiday shall be divided into two segrrents, with Segment A running from Christmas Eve at 12:00 noon through Christmas Day at 12:00 noon, and Segment B running from Christmas Day at 12:00 noon through December 26 at 12:00 noon. The Father shall have custody of the Child during Segment A in odd numbered years and during segment B in even numbered years. The Mother shall have custody of the Child dudng Segment A in even nunbel:"ed yeal:"s and dudng Segment B in odd numbel:"ed yeal:"s. B. Thanksgiving: The Mathel:" shall have custody of the Child on Thanksgiving Day in odd nuntlered years and the Father shall have custody of the Child on Thanksgiving Day in even nuntlered years. C. Easter: 'ltle Father shall have custody of the Child on Easter Sunday in even numbered years and the Mother shall have custody of the Child on Easter Sunday in odd nunbered years. D. Child's Birthday: The Mother shall have custody of the Child on the Child's birthday in even numbered years and the Father shall have custody of the Child on the Child's birthday in odd numbered years. E. Mother's Day/Father's Day: The Mother shall have custody of the Child every year on Mother's Day and the Father shall have custody of the Child every year on Father's Day. 5. The party receiving custody of the Child shall be responsible to provide transportation for the exchange of custody. 6. Each party shall insure that the other party has a current address and telephone nuntJer where that parent can be reached when the Child is in his or her custody. Each party shall provide to the other party at least thirty (30) days advance notice of any intention to relocate his or her residence. 7. This order is entered pursuant to an agreement of the parties at a CUstody conciliation Conference. The parties may modify the provisions of this order by IlIJtual agreement.
