Joseph M. Roberto v. Shawn R. Roberto. Cumberland County Court of Conunon Picas.
Civil Action - Law No: 97-6034. upon Shawn R, Roberto. ut10:45 A.M. on November 4.
1997. at her residene.:. Sonshine Ministries. Route 1I1I5e. I.oysville. PeMsylvania. I
delivered said sununons and complaint to Shawn R. Roberto by handing it to tbe Director
ofSonshine Ministries. Donna Gardner. an older female with gray hair and glasses. She
was identified to me by hersdf. and by an unknown woman who retrieved her from
Wlother area of the wmplex.
On November 4. 1997 I personally took the lollowing pictures with a digital
camera. and have incorporalt:d them to lurthcr show the locution where service was made.
The photographs arc true and accurate representations orthe place of service described
within this affidavit. Sonshine Ministries. Roule 11850. I.oysville. Pennsylvania.
