The Plaintiff is Cornerstone Federal Credit Union, Successor in Interest to The United Telephone Employees' Federal Credit Union, doing business at P.O. Box 1181, 5 East Gate Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. 2. The Defend&nt is Cynthia L. Quigley, an adult individual residing at 81 East Main Street, Newville, Cumberland County, PA and the true owner of the mortgaged premises. 3. The Plaintiff brings this action to foreclose on a SAIDIS, GUIDO. SHUFF " MASLAND 26 w. Hiab SItUI Carlisle,PA Mortgage by and between the Plaintiff and the Defendant dated September 18, 1991 in the principal amount of Thirty-eight Thou~and Nine Hundred Seventy-one and 35/100 ($38,971.35) Dollars; a copy of said Mortgage is attached hereto and made a part hereof marked as Exhibit "A" and recorded in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Mortgage Book 1047, Page SAIDIS. GUIDO. SHUFF " MAS LAND 26 W. Hiah SItUI Carlisle. PA 1119. 4. Said Mortgage is and contains a lien against all that certain tract of land situate in the Borough of Newville, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, known as 81 East Main Street, Newville, PA 17241; a legal description is more fully described in the attached Exhibit "A". 5. Pursuant to the terms of said Mortgage, the Plaintiff advanced to the Defendant the sum of Thirty-eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-one and 35/100 ($38,971.35) Dollars. 6. The Defendants defaulted under the terms of said loan by failing to make the monthly payment of $529.14 for the month of February, 1997, and subsequent monthly installments. 7. The Plaintiff has given to the Defendant a written Notice of Intention to Foreclose on said Mortgage as required by law under the Act 6, dated August 28, 1997; a copy of said Notice is attached hereto and made a part hereof marked as Exhibit "B". 8. The Plaintiff has given to the Defendants a written Notice of Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance Act of 1983, the Act 91, dated August 28, 1997; a copy of said Notice is attached hereto and made a part hereof marked as Exhibit liCit. 9. To the best knowledge, information and belief of the Plaintiff, the Defendant has not availed herself to the protection of the Homeowners' Emergency Assistance. 10. MAIN STREET, NEWVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA 17241 is in serious default in the amount of $3,549.68 because you have not made the monthly payments of $529.14 for six months because of personal reasons. No other charges have accrued on this account as of this date. The total amount now required to cure this default, or in other words, get caught up in your payments, as of the date of this letter is $3,549.68 made up of $3,549.68 in regular monthly mortgage payments. You mar cure this default within thirty (30) days of the date of th s letter, by paying to us the above amount of $3,549.68, plus any additional monthly payments and charges which may fall due during this period.
