Thirty-eight Thousand Five Hundred ($38,500.00) Dollars at eight
(811s) percent in interelilt per annum, The said principal and
interest shall Ioe payalole at 2221 Longlil Gap Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, or at liIuch other place alii the holder may designate
in writing delivered or mailed to Debtorlil, in liIemi-annual ,
payments of principal in an amount not less than Three Thousand
($3,000.00) Dollars nor more than Six Thousand ($6,000.00)
Dollars on the first day of April and October of each year until
all principal and interest are paid in full. Interest shall
aocrUe at the aforesaid rate on the unpaid balance of principal
and shall be payable liIemi-annually on the aforesaid dates.
Payments shall be deemed made on the date of mailing. In the
event the Debtors shall fail to make any payment required herein
on or Ioefore its dUG date, Deptors agree to pay a late charge of
five (5%) percent of the total amount of the required payment for
each succelilsive thirty (30) days or a portion thereof for which
liIuch payment shall be past due.
AND FURTHER, the undersigned do hereby ,authorize and empower
any attorney of any court of 'record in Pennsylvania or elsewhere
to appear. for or to enter judgment againlilt them in favor of any
holder of this Judgment Note for the above sum, with or without
declaration, with interest, costs of suit, release of errors,

A. I understand that the note contains a confession of
judgment provision that would permit lender to enter judgment
against me in court, after a default on the note, without advance
notice to me and without offering me an opportunity to defend
against the entry of judgment. In executing the note, being
fully aware of my rights to advance notice and to a hearing to
confess the validity of any judgment or other claims that lender
may assert against me under the note, I am J<nowingly,
intelligently, and voluntarily waiving these rights, including
any right to advance notice to the entry of judgment, and I
expressly agree and consent to lender's entering judgment against
me by confession as provided for in the confession of judgment
