6. Plaintiff did provide eervlces In the form of commercial advertising spots at various times and on various
detes pursuant to the terms of the aforesaid Agreement atteched hereto at Exhibit "B,"
6, Defendant did mal<a payments on the aforesaid account, and was further Issued credits, all as set forth
on Plaintiff's Statement of Account attached hereto, mar~ed as l:xhlblt "C" and mada a part heraof,
7, Tha balance dua and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff Is the sum of TWO THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED
($2,'100,00) DOLLARS, as appears by the Statement of Account hereh) attachad, made a part hereof and marl<ed as
