5. Plaintiff and Pefendant have lived at 333 Fifth street, New
Cumberland ainoe their marriage cn December 14, 1991. Plaintiff did
p~t deed the pefendant any ~osaeaacry intereat in the ~r.o~erty at that
time, or anytime thereafter.
6. Thio ie a second marriage for both the Plaintiff and the
Defendant. Bach ~arty haa two ahildren from tneir prior marriagea,
neither of which haa majority ~hYaical cuotody, only viaitation
rights .
7. In the laat year, Defendant haa heaome argumQntative, and
verbally abuaive to hoth the Plaintiff and hie chHdren during their
vhita.
8. Defendant haa threatened to ahoot the Plaintiff aeveral
timea. Plaintiff fears for hia life to auah a degree that he ha~
removed all of hia hunting equipment from the marital home.
9. Defendant a ahuaive nature and attitude hae' been direoted at
the Plaintiff, tho Plaintiff'e minor children, and Plaintiff'a elderly
mother.
10. Plaintiff can no longer enjoy visitation with hie ahildren
