expenses.
5, CHILD SUPPORT. HUsband agrees to pay child support to'
Wife in the amount of $200.00 per month for their daughter Gina,

amounts due and owing to tho Internal Revenue Service as a result

7. AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE. So long as the Parties
automobiles are insured with l'rudenUal, Husband shall contripute
'100.00 per month to Wife for payment of the Parties' automobile
insurance. So long as Husband makes said $100.00 monthly
contribution, Wife shall be responsible for payment of the
Prudential automobile insurance bill.
8. ~~ LOANS. Husband shall be solely responsible for
~epayment of any loan opligations of the Parties incurred to
finance the college education of the Parties' son, Tony. Wife

opligations under this Agreement, the other party shall have the
right, at his or her election, to SUE; for damages for breach

held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be VOid, invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall nevertheless
survive and continue in full force and effect without peing
