the Judge of the District Court, at the Morton County courthouse
in the City of Mandan, and the COlJrt having considered t.he proof
offered by Plaintiff and being fully advised in t.he premises, and
t.he Court having made it.s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of LaW
and Order for Judgment I
NOW, THEREFORE I Plaintiff, L & H Manufact.uring Company, does
hav~ and recover Judgment. against Defendants in the principal sum
of $2,429,00, plus int.erest in the sum of $246,76, as of October
15, 1997, wit.h interest accruing at the rate of 18% per annum or
