NO LIEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between "CONTRACTOR"
C. Morrow Builders or RD 1 Box 115M, Elliottsburg, Pennsylvania
and "OWNERS" Graham G. Mowery and Sh ir ley A. Mowery or 15
Buchanan Street, Newville, Pennsylvania whereby the said contractor
undertook and agreed to perform certain construction work and to
provide certain materials and perform certain work necessary to
erect a dwelling for the price or sum of $62,923.00 on owner's lot
situate at 26 Knoll Lane, Newville, Pennsylvania.
HOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGNEEHENT WITNESSETH, That the eaid contractor for and
in coneideration of the aum of One ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the said
ownera, the reeeipt whereof ie hereby acknowledged, and further considsration,aa
agreed upon, for him, his sub-contractors and all parties aeting through or under
him, by him, or any of them, against the said house ot the owners situated as
above atated, and the plot of ground appurtenant thereto, for or on aceount of
any work done or materials furnished by him, or any of them, under said eontract
or otherwise, for towards, in or about the said construction and work at the said
houss of ths ownors, and the said contractor for himsslt and his sub-contractors,
and others ~nder him, hersby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have,
file or maintain any mechanica' lisn or claim against the said house and the plot
of ground, and agrses that this agreoment waiving the right ot lien shall be an
independent contract.
