This cause on for hearing on petition of the Defendants for
an Order from this Court issuing a subpoena for the deposition of
Andre Weltman, M,D" who is domiciled in Pennsylvania, Defendants
case is currently pending before the Cuyahoga Common Pleas Court
in Ohio and they have been unable to voluntarily obtain the
deposition of this witness, Upon due consideration thereof, the
Court finds that Defendants motion is well taken,
It is therefore hereby ordered, pursuant to this Court's
authority under 42 Pa, Cons, St, !l5326 (A), that the clerk of Cumberlilnd
County Common Pleas Court issue a subpoena for service on Andre'
Weltman, residing at 783 High Mountain Road, Gardners, PA 17324,
Such deposition is to take place on Tuesday, November 25, 1997 at
2:00 p,m, at the court reporting firm of Geiger & Loria, 2408
Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17110, The deposition is to be
