I. Plaintiff is SUSAN M. DURNING, an adult individual residing at 2100 Cedar
Run, Apt. 101. Camp Hill, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17011.
Pines Run. Chesapeake, Virginia 23320.
2. Defendant is TERRY M. DURNING, an adult individual residing at 727 Sea
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for
at least six (6) months prior to filing this complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on August 31. 1991. in Harrisburg.
Dauphin County. Pennsylvania.
5. There is one (I) minor child born of this marriage being Shelby S. Durning. born
May 25, 1992.
6. The parties separated on March 29, 1996.
7. Plaintiff has heen udvised Ihat counseling is available und that Plaintiff has the
right to request thdtthe court rcquire the parties to participate in counseling.
COUNT I . DIVORCF,
NO FAULT
8. The averments in paragraphs 1 through 7. inclusive, of Plaintirr's Complain! arc
incorporated herein by reference thereto.
9. The marriage is irrctrievably broken and no possibility of reconciliation exists.
WHEREFORE. Plaintiff requests entry of a divorce decree in her favor in accordance
with ~ 3301 of the Pennsylvania Divorce Code.
COUNT II
EOUITABLE DISTRIBUTION
10. The averments in paragraphs Ilhrough 9 of Plaintiff's Complaint are Incorporated
herein by reference therelo.
II. The Plaintiff requests the Court 10 equitably divide. distribute or assign the marital
property between the parties in such proportion as the Court deems just aiter considerallon of
all relevant factors.
