Township, Cumberland countr' Pennsylvania, more partioularly bounded and

BEGINNING at a point on the North side of Susan Circle at the dividing
line between Lots Nos. 38 and 39 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of
Lots; thence along said dividing line North 05 degrees 14 minutes West a
distance of One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet to a point; thence South
