AND NOW comes the Plaintlff, Holly Lee Owens, by and through her attorneys, Eckert
Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC and respectfully requests this Honorable Court award her legal
and physical custody of the subject minor child, and in support thereto, aver the following:
1. ThePlalntlff is Holly Lee Owens, an adult individual residing at 207 E. Locust
Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. The Defendant is Mark Oarman, an adult individual residing at 163 Bradford
Avenue, Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17057.
3. The subject minor child is Zachary Owen Garman, who was born November 8,
1994, and resides with his mother at 207 E. Locust Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055.
