as cpntractor, at No. 97-6135 MID, for its work on this project.
2. 'llle owners of the property subject to the lien are
Joseph T. Posh IU'ld Luoille Posh, husband IU'ld wife, adult individuals
with an address, of 2216 WillC/;/ Park Road, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
3. The elate on which Rem::o canpleted the worlt was July 21,
1997.
4. lleJrco contracted with "Posh Hares" and provided ita
. formal ootice of intention to file this claim on October 9, 1997. No
preliminary notice was requirt;d, as this project consisted of erection
and construction.
