further denied that Mr. Coffee was the manufaoturer of the subjeot
ooffee maker. On the contrary, the oaf fee maker was manufacturer
by Eleotrioal and Electronics, LTD. Additionally, it is denied
that the Defendant was "the distributor" of the subject Mr. Coffee.
To the oontrary, it is believed and therefore averred that the
applianoe was distt'ibuted by K-Mart corporation. To the extent
that the' subject coffee maker was purchased l:ly Plaintiff, Kenneth
Weaver, approximately one or two weeks prior to the date of the
loss stated in the complai~t, the same is specifically denied.
