STIPULATION MAINS'I' MEC/lANICS' LIENS
WHEREAS, Bradford J. Wood and Linda B. Colflesh, owners, of
1450 I<uhn Road, Boiling springs, Pennsylvania entered into a
contract with McCorkel /lomes Remodeling & Excavating, Contractor,
of 1405 Zimmer.man Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to provide
materials and perform labor necessary for the construction of an
addition to their residence which is situated upon the following
tract of land located in Monroe Township, cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, more specifically described as follows, to witl
ALL THAT CER'l'AIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township,
Cumber land county, Pennsy 1 vania, bounded and descr ibed in
accordance with Subdivision Plan prepared by Whittock and Hartman
dated May 18, 1978, a copy of which is recorded in the hereinafter
named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 33, page 75, as follows:
BEGINNING at a pipe on the Eastern line of siKty (60) feet
wide Kuhn Road at corner of land now or formerly of Paul
Chronister; thence along line of said land now or formerly of Paul
chronister, North 72 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance
of Three Hundred Ninety-two and Thirty-six Hundredths (392.36) feet
to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and 2 as shown
on said subdivision Plan; thence along said dividing line between
said Lots Nos. 1 and 2, South 17 degrees 42 minutes 15 seconds
East, a distance of One Hundred Twelve and Fourteen Hundredths
(112.14) feet to a point in line of land now or formerly of Glenn
H. Markle; thence along said line of land now or formerly of Glenn
H. Markle, South 72 degrees 06 minutes west, a distance of Three
Hundred Eighty-three and Seventy-two Hundredths (383.72) feet to a
pin on the Eastern line of said Sixty (60) feet wide Kuhn Road;
thence along the Eastern line of said sixty (60) feet wide Kuhn
Road, North 26 degrees 03 minutes 11 seconds West, a distance of
six and Eighty-one Hundredths (6.Bl) feet to a pin; thence still
along the Eastern line of said Sixty (60) feet wide Kuhn Road,
North 21 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds West, a distance of One
Hundred six and Ninety-nine Hundredths (106.99) feet to a pipe at
the place of BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 1 as shown on said Subdivision Plan dated
May 18, 1978 and recorded aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the
consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other
person furniShing labor or materials to the said contractor under
this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien
for work done or materials furnished to the said addition to
Owners' residence or any part thereof.
