hereinafter called the Owner,
WiTNESSETH THAT:
The Contractor by Instrument dated October 2, 1997
enlered Into an Agreement with the Ownel'lor the erection and construction of a 2 story home
,sltualedon Lot 18, I(ower Court, Phase 1, Ashcombe Farms PRO, Upper
Allen Township, Cumberland County as set tQrth in Exhibit "A"
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanled and agreed therein to enter Into sn additional agreement
with the Owner sllpulallng that no lien or liens 01 any kind shall be flied agalnslthe above building or the
appurtenances lhereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, thai the Conlractor, lor and In consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as lor the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him In hand paid by the Owner, lhe receipt 01
which Is hereby acknow'edged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's lien or liens shall be flied against
lhe aforesaid building or the appurtenances lhereto by any subcon'ractor, subcontraclors, malerlalmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone lor malerlals furnished, work clone or services rendered 01 any kind
whatsoever, for or aboul, or on accounl ollhe aforesaid building or on lhe credllthereof,
