The Defendant is Emma Jaeger, an individual/business with a place of residence/business located at 2207 East Cedar Run Drive Apartment E Camp Hill, Pa 17011. 3. At the request of the Defendant, Plaintiff provided services to the Defendant for an agreed upon price. 4. As of May 18, 1994 there remains an outstanding balance of $1,912.86, no part of which has been paid as of 05-18-94 although duly demanded. A true and correct copy of a invoice in connection with said account is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". 5. Notwithstanding the frequent demands by plaintiff for payment of the amount due, there has been a failure and refusal by the Defendant to pay the same or any part thereof.
