Cumberland Counly, Pennsylvania. known as Lul2, Lishorn Meaduws.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: Thallhe Cuntraclur for and in cunsideraliun of the
conlract aforesaid and !he consideralion menlioned Ibereunller, as well as Ihe funher consideraliun of One ($1 ,(Xl)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Ihe Owner al or hc:fore Ihe scaling and delivery of these presents. Ihe receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged. docs hereby covenant, promise. and agree that no mechanics' lien ,1f claim or
other lien or daim of any kind whatsoever shall be med or maintained againstlhe said building or buildings or
!he eunilage or cunilages appunenanllhereto, by Conlraclor or by any sub.contraclUr. malerialmen. or laburers
for work done, or materials furnished onder said cunlCact or by any olher pany acting Ihrougb or under Ihem ur
any of !hem for and aboul said building or buildings or any pan Ihereof. or on credillhereof, and Ihal ull sub.
conlraclors, materialmen and laborers on said work shall look 10 and hold Conlraclor personally liable fur all sub.
contracts. malerials furnished and work and labor done. so Ihallhere sball nol be any legal or lawful daim of any
kind whalever agaln51 Owner for any work done or labor or malerials furnisbed under said conlCaO! fur and abuut
!he ereclion. construe lion. and compl.liun of said huildings as afuresaid, or onder any conlracl fur exlra work or
for work supplementallherelo or otherwise.
AND Ihis agreemenl waiving Ihe righl of lien sball be an independent covenanl and shall operale and be
effeclive as well with respeclto work done and malerials furnished under any supple menIal conlract for e<lra work
in the ereclion, construction, and complelion of Ihe said building or buildings as any work and labor dune and
male rials furnished under the cunlract aforesaid.
AND. In order 10 give Ihe Owner full power and authorily 10 prolecl himself and Ihe 11Il ur 100s of ground
againsl any and all daims med by Ihe Contraclor or anyone aCling under or Ihroogh him or il in viulation of the
foregoing covenanl. Ihe said Contraclur for himself. Ihemselves, ilself, hereby irrevocably authorizes and
empowers any AlIorney of any Coun of Common Pleas of Ihe Cummonweallh of Pennsylvania, 10 appear fur
him, Ihem, il or any of Ihem. in any of Ihe said Couns of Common Pleas as AlIorney for him, them. or il and
in him. Iheir. its, name, mark salisned of record al Ihe cosl and expense of Ihe Cunlraclor or of any Sub.
ConlraclOr or Malerialman, or Malerialmen. any and all daims ur claim. lien ur lien, med by ur for the
ConlCaclor. or any Sub.ConlCaclOr or Malerialman. or in his or their name againsl said building or buildings, lul
or 10ls of ground or any pan thereof and for such aCI. ur acls Ihis shall be gaud and sufficient warranl and
aUlhorhy. and a reference to Ihe Court, Term and Number in which and where this Agreemenl shall have been
med shall be a sufflcienl exhibil of Ihe Authorily herein conlained 10 warranl such aClion, and Ihe Cunlraclor for
himself. themselves, itself. do hereby remise, release and quil.daim all righls and all manner of errors. defecls and
imperfections whatsoever in entering such satisfaction or in anywise touching or concerning the same.
