WHEREAS, Dennis L. Mann, of 106 Mt. Union Road,
Fayetteville, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract with Glenn E. Ressler and Sandra C.
Ressler. of 328 Blacklatch Lane. Camp Hill, pennsylvania, for
the erection of a twO story residential building upon a lot of
land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
pennsylvania, being Lot No. 15 on Final subci'ivision plan for
High Meadow, Phase A, last revised August 27, 1997, recorded
october 2, 1997, in Cumberland County plan Book 75, page 94.

NOW, December ~, 1997, at the time and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any
authority has been given by the said Owners to the said
contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the
said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials pur~hased for the
erection of said building. the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
