STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Harry M. Williams and M. Jean Williams, his wife, of 521 Park
Avenue, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070; Thomas A. Williams, single man, of
13O-A Diller Road, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070; and Harry A. Williams and
Amy T. WiIIi~ms, of 107 Drexel Hills Park Road, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070
(collectively, the "Owners"), have executed a contracI dated

with West Shore Remodeling Company (tht "Contractor"), for construction of two 4 unit
apartment buildings and other improvements 10 (collectively the "Improvements") on a
tract of land known as 143 15Ih StreeI, Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on
Exhibit A attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof (the
"Premises").
NOW,

Owners to the Contractor to commence work on the Improvements, or to purchase
materials for the same, or to enter into any contracts with any subcontractors or

fu.,her consideraIion of One ($ 1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners, and with the
intent of all pa.,ies to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed thaI no lien shall be filed

against the Improvements, Ihe Premises, or any pa., Ihereof, by Ihe Contractor or any
subcontractor, or by any of Ihe materialmen or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or male rials purchased, for the Improvements

It is the full intent of the Contractor, for itself and for any subcontractors or

Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided, for work done or male rials furnished

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point (an X cut) on the northerly line of fifteenth Street at a distance
of one hundred twenty-five (125) feet, more or less, measured in an easterly direction
from the line of Lot No.4, Section "H", on the Plan of Hillside (said plan being
recorded in the Cumberland Counly Recorder's Office in Plan Book 1, Page 75); thence
in a northerly direction along the line running through the center line of the brick
partition wall of the double brick dwelling house, North forty degrees six minutes West
(N 400 6' W), a distance of 331.19 feet to a set iron at lands now or formerly of foust,
the line of Lot No. 10. Section "H", on said Plan of Lots; thence in an easterly direction
North fifty-four degrees twenty-nine minutes East (N 540 29' E), a distance of 75.80
feet, to a nail in tree along a vacated alley; thence along same in a southerly direction,
South forty degrees zero minutes East (S 400 0' E), through a pipe, 325.13 feet to a
pipe on the northerly line of fifteenth Street; thence in a westerly direction along the
northerly line of fifteenth Street South forty-nine degrees fifty-four minute~ West (S 490
54' W), seventy-five (75) feet to an X cut, the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING improved with the eastern half of a double brick dwelling house known as No.
143 fifteenth Street. New Cumberland. Pennsylvania.
TOGETHER with all of the Grantors' right, title and interest in an unused, unopened
and now vacated alley sometimes known as Miller Avenue. being seven and sixteen
hundredths (7.16) feet in width, immediately adjacent to the eastern boundary line of
the aforesaid tract, all as shown on the Plan of Property for Wilbur N. Quigley as
prepared by Michael C. D'Angelo, R.S., Dwg. No. 2-88, dated June 17, 1974. The said
strip of land is the result of the vacation of the said alley by the Borough of New
Cumberland.
