WHEREAS, Stanford Custer, k, and Nancy B. Custer. of Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with CUSTER HOMES,
INC. of 1309 Laurel Point Circle. Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17111, for the erection of a single family
duplex home upon a lot ofland situate in Lot 13, Grandon Farms, Phase I. Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly described in Exhibit" AU

NOW, Det:ember ~ 1997, at the time of and immediately betore execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Stanford Custer. Jr,. and Nancy B.
Custer, to commence work on the said building. or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with CUSTER HOMES, INC, and the further consideration of
One Dollar to CUSTER HOMES. INC. paid by Stanford Custer, Jr. and Nancy B, Custer, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor. nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials or purchases. or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
