Legal Description - Lot 14
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situated in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania being known and numbered as Lot No. 14, Grandon Fanns, Planned
Community, Phase I which Subdivision Plan is recorded in the Office for Recorder of Deeds
in and for CUMBERLAND in Plan Book 75, Page 61, and is more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to whit:
BEGINNING at a point on the right-of-way line of Oakmont Green, the dividing line
between Lot Nos. 14 and 15 as appearing on aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along the
dividing line between Lot Nos, 14 and 15 as appearin~ on aforesaid Plan south twenty-one
degrees twenty-two minutes, zero seconds (1 I 022'0' ) east for a distance of one-hundred
thirty five (135) feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot Nos, 14 and 16 as appearing
on aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along the dividing line between Lot No, 14 and Lot No.
16 as appearing on aforesaid Plan south sixty-eight degrees, thirty-eight minutes,
zeros(68 38'0") west for a distance of sixty-three (63) feet to a point at the dividing line
between Lot No. 14 and other lands now or fonnerly owned by Grantors herein, James E,
Grandon, Jr, and Jean Grandon; thence continuing along the boundary line of Lot No, 14
and lands now or fonnerly owned by Grantors herein as aforesaid, north twenty-one degrees,
twenty-two minutes, zero seconds(21 0.22'0") west for a distance of one-hundred thirty-five
and three one-hundredths (135,03) feet to a point on the right-of-way ofOakmont Green as
appearing on aforesaid Plan; thence continuing along the right-of-way of Oakmont Green as
appearin~ on aforesaid Plan north sixty-eighty degrees, thirty-eight minutes, zero seconds
(68038'0 ') east for a distance of fifty-eight and sixty-one one-hundredths (58.61) feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
SAID tract containing eight thousand five-hundred five square feet (8,505 sq. ft.) or 0.280
acres.
