4, The relationship of the Plaintiff'to the children is that of /IlItural mother, The
Plaintiff currently resides with the children, Joshua Calarnan and Danielle Calarnan.
S, The relationship of the Defendant to the children is that of natural father, The
Defendant currently resides with his mother, Mary Winten; his step-father, Gerald
Wmten; hi. son, Gerald Calarnan; and his daughter, Tasha Calaman,
6, Plaintiff' has not participated IS a party or wilnes.s, or in any other capacity in
other litigation, concerning custody of the children,
7, Plaintiff' has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the children
pending in any Court of this Commonwealth,
8. It is in the best interest and permanent welfare of the children to provide the
Plaintiff' with primary physical custody of the children for the following reasons:
a) Plaintiff' has been the primary caretaker of the children since their birth;
b) Plaintiff' and the children have a strong and deep relationship; and
c) Plaintiff' is belter able to see to the physical, mental, emotiona1, and
educational needs of the children.
