PONTIFFS' ANSWER TO RULE TO FILE COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff Instituted suit to the above term and number by Praeclpe for Writ
of Summons filed December 2, 1997.
2. The said Writ of Summons was served on December 3, 1997.
3. On December 9, 1997, Plaintiffs' counsel received a telephone call from
Craig A. Stone, Esquire, that the said Craig A. Stone, Esquire, was entering an
appearance for the Defendants.
4. On December 12, 1997, Plaintiffs' counsel mailed Requests for
Production and Interrogatories to Defense counsel.
5. The said Interrogatories indicated that they were being propounded to aid
Plaintiff In the preparation of his Complaint.
6. Until said interrogatories and Request for Production are answered and
respondeo to, Plaintiffs will be unable to prepare their Complaint.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs request that the Rule to File a Complaint be dismissed
or In the alternative that Plaintiffs be granted o reasonable extension of time to file their
Complaint after receipt of the response to Request for Production and Answers to
Interrogatories,
