the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described, as follows / to wit:
BlEGINNING at a point at or near the intersection of 24th
Street / fo>:merly Park Avenue I and Lincoln Street as shown on a
Plan of Lots laid out by Charles W. Strayer and recorded in the
Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 1 at Page 87, thence along the
northern line of the said Lincoln Street, north B9 degrees 27
minutes West a distance of 10B.05 feet to a pin at lands now or
formerly of lE. lE. Zinul1erman; thence, continuing along lands now or
formerly of Zimmerman, north 05 degrees OB minutes 04 seconds
lEast a distance of 50.02 feet to a pin at lands now or formerly
of N.l". Zimmerman; thence, continuing along said land, north 86
degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 3.55 feet to a
pin at lands now or formerly of the said lE, lE. Zinmlerman, thence,
continui.ng along said lands, north 01 degree 30 minutes West a
distance of 68.65 feet to a pin, thence north 8B degrees 30
minutes East a distance of 119.00 feet to a pin on the western
line of 24th Street, formerly Park Avemle, thence, along the si.de
of said 24th Street, formerly Park Avenue, south 01 degree 30
minutes East a distance of 78.30 feet to a point on the western
line of 24th Street I formerly Park Avenue I thence continuing
along the said western line of 24th Street, formerly Park Avenue,
south 15 degrees 12 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of 46.13
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING all of lots 1 and 2 and the southern five feet to lot
No. 3 on the Plan of Lots l.aid out by Charles W. Stayer and
recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland
