Daniel M. Ward, by his attorney, DIANE G. RADCLIFF, ESQUIRE, and
files this Complaint in DJ.vorce of which the following is a
statement:

1. The Plaintiff is Daniel M. Ward, an adult individual
residing at 550 Salmon Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
since March 1996.
2. The Defendant is Erika M. Ward, an adul t individual
residing at 615 Apple Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
since February 1996.
3. Plaintiff and/or Defendant have been bona fide residences
of the Con~onwealth for at least six (6) months pr.evious
to the filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 1, 1992 at
Snowhill, Maryland.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment
between the parties.
6. Plaintiff has b~en advised of the availability of
counseling and the right to r.equest that the Court
