V :CIVIL ACTION - LAW : :NO: 6815 CIVIL 1997 : IN CUSTODY BARRY STOLL, Defendant COURT ORDER -- AND NOW, this "2."'. day of February, 1998, upon consideration of the attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as follows: 1. The Mother, Donna Kibe, and the Father, Barry Stoll, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Jessie Ann Stoll, born December 29, 1990. 2. The Father shall enjoy pr,imary physical custody of the minor child. 3. The Mother shall have periods of temporary physical custody as follows: A. Starting February 14, 1998, and continuing for three weekends thereafter, every Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Father's home with the Father or another agreed upon adult to be present. B. For the next four consecutive Saturdays, from 1:00 p.m. until 6 :00 p.m. during which time the Mother may take the child out of the Father's home. C. After the above mentioned eight Saturdays, for al ternating weekllnds on each Saturday and Sunday from 1 :00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on each date. This shall continue for two alternating weekends. D. Thereafter all al ternating weekends from 1 :00 p.m. on Saturday until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday for two periods of alternating weekends. E. Thereafter on al ternating weekends from l"riday at 6:00 p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m. 4. The Mother shall have partial custody of the child from noon until 4:00 p.m. on Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving. 5. The Mother and Father shall alternate the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day, w.lth the Mother to have Memorial Day 1998. 6. The Hother and Father shall evenly share custody of the child during the Decel~er/January holiday break from school. 7. The Hother shall have the right to see the child 011 her birthday at times to be agreed upon by the parties. 8. The Mother shall have the right to partial custody of the child for one week per month to include two weekends during each of the summer months of June, July, and August. 9. Both parties shall keep each other informed with respect to addresses and phone numbers. 10. The non-custodial pa,r;ent shall provide the transportation for exchange of custody. 11. The parties may modify this Order by mutual agreement. Absent any agreement, this Order shall control. 12. 13. 14. lloth parties shall notify the other parent wi th respect to any medical care the child receives while in that parent's custody and also shall notify the parent of any medical emergencies. Neither party shall do anything which may estrange the child from the other parent, or injure the opinion of the child as to the other parent or which may hamper their free and natural development of the child's love or respect for the other parent. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by the parties at a Custody Conciliat,ion Conference.
