on the Final Subdivision Plan for Dawood Sngineering, Inc. and
being more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at point on the south line of Woodland Avenue at the
intersection of the east line of Good Hope Road, S.R. 1013,
thence along the south line of Woodland Avenue North 8S degrees,
24 minutes, 15 seconds East a distance of 166.51 feet to a point
the northwest corner of lands of now or formerly Fallow Field
General Partnership, thence al.ong the west line of now or
formerly Fallow Field General Partnership South 10 degrees, 27
minutes, 21 seconds East a distance of 329.52 feet to a point the
northeast corner of lands now or formerly William D. and Joyce E.
Miller; thence along the north line of lands now or formerly of

seconds West a distance of 196.80 feet to a point on the east
