FOR VALUE RECEIVED, we, JOHN R, HATTON and VIRGINIA ANN HATTON, !
husband and wife, individually, jointly and severally, of 20 Bighorn .1:
Avenue, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, promise to pay to the order I
of HAROLD W. FETROW, II and KATHRYN M. FETROW, of 1053 Brentwater Road,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, the sum of Fourteen Thousand One Hundred
sixty-Three and NO/100 Dollars ($14,163.00), without offset, with
interest at the rate of eight (8%) percent per annum, said sum being
due and payable on demand.
AND FURTHER, I do hereby authorize and empower any attorney or the
Prothonotary of Cumberland county, pennsylvania, or any Court of Record
of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for and enter Judgment against
me at any time before or after maturity for the above sum, with or
without declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without
stay of execution, and with 25% added for collection fees; and I hereby
agree not to make any motion or any application whatsoever to any Court
for an inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to
collect the aforesaid sum, and I voluntarily condemn same, and autho
rize the Prothonotary or any Court of Record to enter said voluntary
condemnation upon the Writ of Execution and I further agree that any
property, real, personal or mixed may be sold through a Writ of Execu-
tion and further hereby waive and release all relief from any and all
appraisements, stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or
which are passed hereafter.
