STIPULATED CUSTODY AGREEMENT
1. The Petitioner is Dean L. Bear, an adult individual
who resides at P.O. Box 97, Mt, Holly Springs, PA 17065.
2. The Respondent is Christine Wiser, an adult individual
who resides at 200 McLand Road, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
3. The parties are the natural parents of the minor
child, Heather Bear, date of birth 1-21-96.
4. The parties agree that they shall share legal custody
of said child,
5. The parties further agree that they shall share
physical custody of said child, on an alternating week basis
from Sunday at 7:00 p.m. until the following Sunday at 7:00
p.m.

6. Thie physical custody schedule will begin with
Respondent receiving the first perlod of custody beginning
Sunday, August 24, 1997 at 7:00 p.m., and then to alternate
weeks thereafter.
7. The parties also agree that the non-custodial parent
will have a period of visitation on the Wednesday of the other
party's week, from after work untll Thursday morning.
8. The parties further agree that should Respondent have
off from work on Fridays, she may have custody of the child.
