COURT ORDER
AND NOW, this ,~~ day of May, 1998, upon consideration of the
attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
1. A second Custody Conciliation ConfererJce is scheduled on
Thursday, May 21, 1998, at 2:00 p.lll. at the Fourth Floor
Conference Room at the Cumberland County Court House,
ClI.rlisle, Pennsylvania. All parties shaH attend that
Conference along with their legal counsel.
2. Pending further Order of this Court, the following temporary
Custody Order is entered:
A. Physical custody shall be handled with the Mother, Geri
L. Crowley, having primary physical custody and the
Father, Christopher Crowley, having periods of temporary
physical custody aB follows:
i. Saturday, May 9, from 10:00 a.m. until Sunday, May
10, at 6:00 p.m.
ii. Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 a.m. until Sunday, May
17, at 6:00 p.m.
3. Father shall handle transportation for exchange of custody.
4. The parties may alter the above schedule if the parties agree
between themselves. Absent any agreement, the above schedule
shall control.

7. The Cllrlstmas holiday shall be split into two segments with
the first segment being December 24 at noon until December 25
at noon and the second segment being December 25 at noon until
December 26 at noon. The Father shall have the second segment
in 1998 with the parties to alternate that holiday thereafter
unless agreed otherwise by the parties. '
8. The Mother shall always have custody of the minor child on
Mother's Day and the Father shall always have custody of the
minor child on Father's Day. This provision shall supersede
the other provisions of this custody Order.
9. Regarding the Halloween holiday, tIle parties shall work
between themselves to allow for each parent to have the
opportunity to take the child out the evening of the Halloween
exercise in each parent's respective area.
10. The custodial parent shall be responsible for diapers and food
for the child while the child is in that parent's custody.
Additionally, clothing sent along with the child at the time
of exchange of custody shall be returned to the parent who
sent the clothing.
11. Father shall be entitled to two weeks vacation during the
summer months except for 1998 when he shall exercise one week
which shall be the first week of June. Thereafter, Father
shall have two weeks which shall be during' his school break
which is <Intic1pated to be the first two weeks of June.
Mother may exercise a weekend visitation in the middle of
Father's two week period of custody during the summer months
unless it would interfere with Father's scheduled out of town
vacation at which time the parties shall agree to another
period of time for Mother to have the child. Mother shall
also be entitled to exercise a period of two weeks of vacation
in the summer and Mother should notify Father in advance by at
least 30 days as to when she intends to exercise her vacation.
12. Separate from the previously mentioned Christmas holiday and
New Year's holiday, Father shall also enjoy temporary custody
with the minor child during his Christmas break from school.
Father will notify Mother by October of each year as to when
his Christmas break is scheduled.
13. On transportation for exchange of custody, tIle Father shall
handle transportation for pick up and delivery of the minor
child until such time as the Mother has a vehicle available to
her. At that time, the non-custodial parent will pick up the
child during exchanges of custody.
