CONSENT TO JUDGMENT AND LIEN
THIS CONSENT TO JUDGMENT AND LIEN on residential real estate is
made on this J1-n.. day of December, 1997, between Jeffrey Waltman and
Lisa Willtman (Husband and Wife), whose address is 1221 Hi ghl ander Way,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, (Debtors); and Michael Galvin of
5015 Inverness Drive, Mechanicsburg. Pennsylvania 17055. (Creditor)
FOR VALUE received Debtors hereby consent to have a judgment entered
against them for Thirty-one Thousand Dollars ($31,000,00) and a lien
entered and recorded against their home at 1221 Highlander Way,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
IT IS FURTHER agreed that thi s judgment and lien may be recorded
in the offices of the Prothonotary and Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania,
Ooth of the signatories below authorize and empower any Prothonotary
or any attorney of any Court to appear for and confess judgment as
set forth herein,
