COMPLAINT
NOW COMES Plaintiff and states:
1. plaintiff is unitas Bank, a bank corporation with its
principal plaoe of business located at 15 South Main street,
Chambersburg, PA 17201.
2. Defendant is S-Pro corporation, a ~ennsylvania business
corporation with a mailing address of 1302 Slate Hill Road,
Building 3, camp Hill, PA 17011.
COUNT I
3. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is
a true and correct repr.oduction of the original Promissory Note
dated February 25, 1997, executed by Defendant, containing a
warrant of attorney.
4. The instant judgment is not being entered by confession
against a natural person in connection with a consumer transaction.
5. The note has not been assigned.
6. No judgment has been entered upon the note in any
jurisdiction.
7. Defendant is in default under the instrument giving rise
to this claim for relief and the right of ~laintiff to confess
judgment against Defendant is that default occurred on August 14,
1997, by failure of Defendant to make required payments.
8. As a result of the default alleged in paragraph 7 hereof,
the amounts due Plaintiff from Defendant are as follows:

other damages as may be available at law.

10. Paragraphs 1 and 2 are incorporated herein by ref.erence.
11. Attl1ched hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof is
a true and correct reprOduction of the original Promissory Note
dated February 25, 1997, executed by Defendant, containing a
warrant of attorney.
12. The instant jUd'iJment is not being enter.ed by confession
against a natural person in connection with a consumer transaction.
13. The note has not been assigned.
14. No judgment has been entered upon the note in any
jurisdiction.
15. Defendant is in default under the instrument giving rise
to this claim for relief and the right of Plaintiff to confess
judgment against Defendant is that default occurred on August 14,
1997, by failure of Defendant to make required payments.
16. As a rosult of the default alleged in paragraph 15
hereof, the amounts due Plaintiff from Defendant are as follows:

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the

a true and correct reproduction of the original Promissory Note
dated February 25, 1997, executed by Defendant, containing a
warrant of attorney.

against a natural person in connection with a consumer transaction.
21. The note has not been assigned.
22. No judgment nas been entered upon the note in any
jurisdiction.
23. Defendant is in default under the instrument giving rise
to this claim for relief and the right of Plaintiff to oonfess
jUdgment against Defendant is that default occurred on August 14,
1997, by failure of Defendant to make required payments.
24. As a result of the default alleged in paragraph 23
hereof, the amounts due Plaintiff from Defendant are as follows: .

against a natural person in oonnection with a consumer transaction.
29. The note has not been assigned.
30. No judgment has been entered upon the note in any
juriSdiction.
31. Defendant is in default under the instrument giving rise
to this claim for relief and the right of plaintiff to confess
judgment against Defendant is that default occurred on September 5,
1997, by failure of Defendant to make required payments.
