DEFENDANT'S HESPONSE
Debra Marsh filas this response to the complaint issued against
her by it's Solicitors, Snebaker, Brenneman & Spare, 1'. C. for
the Borough of Mount Bolly Springs as follows:
1. Defendant resides at 265 Pine School Road, Gardners,
Cumberland .County, Pennsylvania 17324.
2. Plantiff Borough of Mount Holly Springs office address
at 200 Harman Street, Mount Bolly Springs, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17065.
3. Defendant is the owner of a parcel of real estate improved
with a residential dwelling located at 20 Center Street, Borough
of Mount Bolly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
(hereinafter the "premises").
4. Defendant has given the plantiff notice that services
are not need due to no one residing at said permise.
5. Defendant is questioning the legality of the plantiffs
ordinance in the Courts of Cumberland County.
6. Plantiff request a $50.00 to discontinue service but until
court appeals are exhausted to pay the $50.00 would be like
defendant agreeing with the ordinance.
7. Plantiff can not provide services which defendant neither
wants nor needs.
8. Defendant neither feels billed amounts for sewer,
water & trash were fair nor reasonable.
9. Plantiff even has changed said ordinance since defendant
purchased said property without notification. Defendant found
out about the said ordinance when trying to discontinue the
service.
Wherefore, Defendant demands judgment against Plantiff and
request compensation for time and costs of this action.
