STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~ Ith- day of ()P t~h'1hh, 1997, by and
between Ronald L. Snyder, Homes by Keystone, a sole proprietorship.
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Brian M. Barriok and Julie D. Barriok, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate in West Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 33
Watson Drive, Newville, PA 17241.
NOW THEREPORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree.that this instrument, waiving the ~ight
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL that certain tract of land situate in West pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with a Plan prepared by Rodney Lee Decker, R.P.L.S.
dated August 2, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 72, Page 60.
BEGINNING at a point in southern right of way line of Watson Drive,
at corner of Lot No. 39, Phase 2 of Cross Road School Road Estates;
thence along Lot No. 39, South 36 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds
East 400.00 feet to a point at Lot No. 39; thence still along Lot
No. 39, Phase 2 of Cross Road School Road Estates, South 53 degrees
25 minutes 50 seconds West 150.00 feet to a point, thence along Lot
Nos. 31 and 32, Phase 2 of Cross Road School Road Estates, North 36
degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West 400.00 feet to a point in
southern right of way line of Watson Drive; thence along southern
right of way line of Watson Drive North 53 degrees 25 minutes 50
seconds East 150.00 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.377 acres and designated as Lot No. 33, Phase 2 on
Plan of Cross Road School Road Estates.
BEING the same premises which Brian M. Barrick and Julie D. Bowser,
now by reason of marriage, Julie D. Barrick, granted and conveyed
to Brian M. Barrick and Julie D. Barrick, husband and wife,
Borrowers herein.
