Warren Sr. 9i. z. c/~/'L ~7?-;f] , To Whom It May Concern: This Is to notify you that we wish to "Pile a Complaint" against Mr. William Warren Sr. Mr. Warren had his 1996 Hyundal Accent In our Body Shop In New 'Cumberland for repairs. He paid for his deductible with Check '0'3' In the amount of $'00.00 drawn off of Corestates Bank. He then put a stop payment on this check. At the- time when he picked up his vehicle, he was unhappy with the work completed. He also claimed there were Items missing and damaged from his vehicle. He claimed there was a cigarette lighter missing and that his sun visor and mirror were broken. He notified our body shop of this, and we asked Mr. Warren to bring his vehicle back In so that they could look at the Items that he claimed were broken. Mr. Warren never came back In for our body shop to look over his vehicle. There was a hearing scheduled on December 5, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Warren called the District 3ustlce's office the morning of our scheduled hearing asking for a continuance, which District 3ustlce Clements would not grant. 3udgment was then entered against Mr. Warren for Default. We are seeking reimbursement In the amount of $575.00 from Mr. Warren. This amount Includes his stop payment check In the amount of $500.00 and the $75.00 fee from the District 3ustlce's office.
