Kitner, by his attorneys, the Family Law Clinic, sets forth the following cause of action: 1. The plaintiff, Michael V. Kitner, is the father of the child. He resides at 235 Baltimore Avenue, Mt. Bricker, Defendant NO. 98-120 CIVIL TERM CUSTODY AGREEMENT And now, this IO~day of March, 1998, come the parties to this matter, Ashley E. Bricker, (hereinafter "Mother"), being unrepresented by counsel, and Michael V. Kitner, (hereinafter "Father"), being represented by the Family Law Clinic, enter into the following Agreement with regard to custody of their daughter, Chambers Kitner, (hereinafter "child"): 1) Mother and Father shall have shared legal custody of the child. 2) Mother shall have primary physical custody of the child. 3) Mother will make the child available for weekend periods of partial custody with her father every other weekend. The visits will last from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon, at a time mutually agreed upon by the parents. Mother will transport the child to the father's home on Saturday mornings. Father will assume transportation responsibilities for the child's return on Sunday afternoons. 4) Father will have a period of partial custody every Thursday evening.
