1. The plaintiff is Rebekah S. Wicke, who resides at
159 East South Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17013.
2. Defendant 1s Robert S. Jumper, who resides at 300
"E" Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17013.
3. Plaintiff, mother of the children, seeks c.ustody of
the following children:
Robert S. Jumper, Jr. born 4/7/88
Benjamin A. F'. Jumper born -1/28/82
The children were born of the marr1age of the
parties who are divorced.
The children are presently in the custody of
plaintiff.
Benj amin A. F. Jumper has resided wi th the mother
since the Fall of 1996. Robert S. Jumper, Jr. has resided
with both parents on a shared custody basis.
The father of the children is Robert S. Jumper.
4. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or
wi tness, or in another capacity, in other 11 tigation
concerning the custody of the children in this or another
court.

consideration of the attached CUstody Conciliation Report, ft1B ordered and
directed as follows:
1. The Mother, Rebekah S. Wicke, and the Father, Robert s. Jumper,
shall have shared legal custody of Benjamin A. F. Jumper, born April 28,
1982, and Robert S. Jumpe., Jr. (BJ), born April 7, 1988.
2. ~'he Mother shall have pt'imary physical custody of Benjamin, with
the Father having partial physical custody of the Child on alternating
weekends (when he also has custody of Robert (BJ)) from Saturday at 12:00
noon until Sunday at 7:30 p.m.
3. The parties shall have shared physical custody of Robert, (1lJ) in
accordance with the following schedule:
A. The ~Iother shall have custody of the child every week from
Monday afternoon at 5:30 p.lII. through the following Wednesday
afternoon at 5:30 p.m., and from Friday afternoon at 5:30 p.m.
until the following Saturday at 12:00 noon. During alternating
weekends, the Mother. shall also have custody of Robert (BJ)
from Friday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. until the following Sunday
at 12:00 noon.
B. The Father shall have custody of the Child every week f.rom
Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. through the fOllowing Friday
afternoon at 5:30 p.m., and from Sunday at 12:00 noon until the
following Monday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. The Father shall also
have custody of Robert (1lJ) on alternating weekends from
Saturday at 12:00 noon through the following Monday afternoon
at 5:30 p.m.
4. For exchanges of custody en weekdays, the party receiving custody
shall be responsible to provide transportation. During eXChanges of custody
on Saturdays and Sundays, the party relinquishing custody shall be
responsible to provide transportation.
5. In the event the Mother plans to be away from her residence
overnight on a Sunday evening when the Father is returning cust.ody of
