AND NOW, this I !fday of February. 1998, comes Plalnllffs, W. Greg Rothman and David Dodd, II
through their counsel Johnson, Duffie. Stewart & Weidner and offers the following Complaint.
1. The Plaintiffs, W. Gregory Rothman and David Dodd. II are adult Individuals trading and
doing business as 120-122 South Second Street Partners, L.P., a Pennsylvania limited partnership with a
place of business at 355 North 21'1 Street, Suite 102. Camp Hili. PA 17011.
2. The Defendant, Tina Romero-Nelson Is an adult Individual with an address at 731 Fishing
Creek Valley Road, Harrisburg. PA 17110.
3. Plaintiff Is the assignee of a lease agreement entered entered Into between Defendant and
Plaintiffs predecessor on or about September 3, 1991. A true and correct copy of the aforesaid lease is
attached hereto as Exhibit" A". A true and correct copy of the aforesaid assignment in favor of Plaintiff Is
attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
4. Pursuant to a renewal of the aforesaid lease, Defendant was required to pay unto Plaintiffs'
monthly rent for the property at 120 South Second Street, Wormleysburg. PA in the amount of $450.00 per
month from and after January. 1997, together with other terms and conditions of the aforesaid lease.
5. Defendant Is In breach of the terms and conditions of the aforesaid lease in that she failed to
pay rent for the month of September, 1997.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demand judgment against Defendant, Tina Romero-Nelson In the amount
of $1,203.23 plus costs and Interest from February 15, 199B plus such other and further relief as this Court
deems just and appropriate. I .
