I. LaSalle National Bank, As Trustee for AFC Mortgage Loan
Asset Backed Certificates, Series 1995-5 under the Pooling
and Servicing Agreement dated 6/1/95 series 1995-3,
referred to as "Plaintiff") is an Institution, conducting
business under the Laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and brings this action to foreclosure the
mortgage between Charles McCown and Patricia McCown,
Mortgagor (s) (hereinafter referred to as "Defendant") and
itself as Mortgagee by assignment which was recorded
September 8, 1995 and made a part of Exhibit "A". Said
Mortgage was dated May 8, 1995 and was recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds and Mortgages in
Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1262, page 861. A copy
of the Mortgage is attached and made a part hereof as
Exhibit 'A'.
2. The Mortgage is secured by Defendant(s) Note dated May 8,
1995 in the amount of $40,000.00 payable to Plaintiff in
monthly installments with an interest rate of 14.99%. A
copy of the Note is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as Exhibit "B".
3. The land subject to the mortgage is:
3505 Countryside Lane, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
5. The defendant(s), Charles McCown and Patricia McCown are
the real owner(s) of the land subject to the mortgage and
the Defendants' address is: 3505 Countryside Lane, PA
17011.
6. The Mortgage is now in default due to the failure of the
Defendant(s) to make payments as they become due and
