I, Justin H, McCarthy II, being sworn, hereby depose and say
1, I am the attorney for Highgate Homeowners Association with regard to the matter
previously before the Honorable John S, Murray, III, DJ,; Mag, District No, 38-1-21, entitled
Highgate Homeowners Association v, Michael D. Meyer, having Docket No, CV-0000146-97,
2, Judgment was entered in this matter in the amount of$I,381.50 on April 28, 1997,
3. More than 30 days have elapsed since the entry of judgment,
4, I have searched the docket in the Montgomery County Prothonotary's office, and
no appeal has been filed in this matter.
5, I am making this affidavit in support of High gate Homeowners Association's
transfer of this judgment to the docket in the Cumberland County Prothonotary's office,
6, I hereby depose and swear that the statements set forth in this Affidavit are true
and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, I understand that if any ofthe
foregoing statements are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.
