3. In enforcing this Court's Order apprO\.ing this Stipulation, any police department
haw.g appropriate jurisdiction pursuant to the Protection From Abuse Act, 23 Pa. C.S.A. Section
6106 et ~., may arrest Defendant for violation of said Order without warrant upon probable
cause whether or not the violation is committed in the presence of the police department. And
further, pursuant to the Act, "Subsequent to an arrest, the Defendant shall be taken ~ithout
unnecessary delay before the Court who issued the Order. When that Court is unavailable, the
Defendant shall be arraigned before a District Justice,... in accordance \vith the Rules of Criminal
Procedure. "
4. The terms of this Agreement and Order approw.g same shall remain in effect for a
period of one (1) year from the date of the Temporary Order.
5. This Stipulation and Order approw.g same shall be seIVed upon the appropriate police
departments for enforcement.
6. The costs of filing this action shall be paid by the Defendant within thirty days.
