TO THE PROTHONOTARY:
Please enter judgment of revival in favor of the Plaintiff. PNC Bank, N.A. successor by
merger to CCNB Bank, N.A., and against the Defendants, Stanley D. Adler, Jr. and Betty J. Adler,
husband and wife, for failure to file an answer or otherwise plead to the Writ of Revival within
twenty (20) days of service thereof, and enter judgment in the amount of$I,949,977.34, with interest
from September 12,1991. Attached as Exhibit "A" hereto is a copy of Plaintiffs written notice of
intention to file a praecipe for entry of default judgment which was sent via United States First Class
Mail, which is at least ten (10) days prior to the filing of this Praecipe.
