Wilbur, Inc., by and through its attorneys the Offices of Fenstermacher and Associates, P.C. and files this Complaint, as follows: 1. Plaintiff Jeffrey A. Wilbur, Inc. ("Wilbur") is a Pennsylvania Corporation, in good standing, with an address for conducting business Brandy Lane, Mechanicsburg, at 6508 Pennsylvania, 17055. 2. Defendant Chester W. Cassell ("Cassell ") is an adult individual with an address of 109 North Mountain Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17112. 3. Defendant Bruce C. Wright ("Wright") is an adult individual with an address of 5114 Irene Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17112. 4. Defendant Cassell Wright Construction is a Pennsylvania general partnership with a registered address of 109 North Mountain Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17112. 5. At all times relevant to this Complaint, and currently, Defendants Cassell and Wright were, and are, the sole partners in Cassell Wright Construction. '. 14. Said services were provided in a reasonable and workmanlike manner. 16. Wilbur provided invoices for said services, and Defendants accepted said invoices. 17.
