BEXlINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Spring Tree Court,
said point being located at the N:lrthwestern corner of rot N:l. 44; then
along the Western boundary line of Lot No. 44, and passing through a 50.00
foot buffer yard, South 16 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds West, for a
distance of 141.39 feet, to a point in line of land now or formerly of
